Our Pay Structure
Full Time (40 hours/week) with completed DCF 45 and CPR/FA: Minimum $15/hr starting pay
With partial DCF 45: Minimum $14/hr starting pay, increased to $15 upon completion
With no childcare experience and no DCF classes completed: Minimum $13/hr, increased to $15 upon completion
Part Time (<40 hours/week): Florida Minimum Wage ($12/hr as of 9/30/2024)
