401 K Retirement Savings Plan

Eligibility: Full Time, after 1 Year

Provider: ADP

KidWorks 401k plan allows you to save for your future retirement through pre-tax payroll contributions. KidWorks will match your contributions up to 3% of your annual salary. Your contributions are yours the moment you make them. KidWorks company match funds are vested as your tenure increases. Once the funds are fully vested they are also yours, even when you leave KidWorks. Up to 50% of your funds, including vested funds, can be taken out as a loan without penalty. Funds withdrawn before age 65 are subject to a penalty plus tax.

parent’s nights out

Eligibility: 90 Days, solid attendance record. Based on your availability and tenure.

For all Gator Football home games, plus Valentines and a Christmas Shopping Day, we turn the keys to KidWorks over to staff to operate their own weekend sitting service. 100% of the proceeds are paid in cash and shared among the staff working the event. KidWorks provides the use of the facility and takes no cut.
